Interested in sponsoring our Open House Expo and or being an Exhibitor in our Promotional Exhibit Homes? No problem! Clients Brands, Products and Services are displayed in our Prom Homes (Showrooms) and advertised all year round.
All of the products showcased in our Promotional Exhibit Homes are for demonstration purposes only. Our main function is to generate leads for our clients (10) hours a day (7) days a week. All products and or services showcased in our Promotional Exhibit Homes are sold along with the house. Upon the sale of the property our clients are reimbursed for the cost, service and or labor that they contributed!
Our clients receive (1) year of Cost Effective and Inexpensive Live Event Marketing, Digital Advertising & Product Placement Services:
1. Brand Ambassador – Clients receive an assigned Account Representative that assists in showcasing our clients products/services, generating & following up leads as well as employee screening.
2. Data Collection – We have our Open House Trade Show attendees fill out questionnaires, surveys, job applications, contact forms and product reviews regarding our clients products/services.
3. Digital Advertising – Clients digital ads are displayed on our Super Sign TV’s placed around the Promotional Exhibit Home and also on our Vehicleside Advertising Vehicles to be driven around the city.
4. Insurance/Security – Clients products are insured and protected from theft, vandalism and natural disasters. Clients are giving access to our inside video monitoring surveillance security systems so they can monitor our Promotional Exhibit Homes from their smart phone or tablet devices.
5. Traditional Marketing – Clients Brands, Products and Services are advertised via Word of Mouth, Flyers, Business Cards, Social Media, Mobile Smartphones/Tablet devices, Custom Online Landing Pages, Press Releases, Radio, TV ads, Newspapers and Magazines Articles.
6. Live Events – Members receive free Advertising and or a discounted (10×10) Booth at our Live Events (Ex. Expos, Festivals & Fairs) and are also named as Sponsors in all of our Live Events.
7. (24×7) Customer Support – 24hrs a day (7) days a week free business and marketing consultation.
8. Free Guest Appearances – POV Interviews on our Facebook Live Special “Real Life w/ Real People” of Real People expressing real life stories, testimonials, advice, motivation and much more. Every Saturday from 2:00PM until, we’ll spotlight Business Owners, who’ll Facebook Live our millions of Facebook viewers in order to either inform, or showcase their business, talent and or community cause along with their life story on our episodes of “Real Life w/ Real People”.
We’re currently seeking Exhibitors for our new Promotional Exhibit Home location at 1919 Litchfield Ave.Dayton, Ohio 45406. The property 1919 Litchfield Ave is a house in Dayton, OH 45406. This 926 square foot house sits on a 6,582 square foot lot and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This property was built in 1943.
Starting 6/22/2020 all our year round the Open House Trade Show will be open Monday thru Sunday from 9am to 7pm.
We provide free food, fresh organic vegetables, refreshments, door prizes , entertainment and community resources.
Promotional Exhibit Homes were created to offer as a solution to economically distressed communities with the problem of vacant & abandoned properties. Residential properties that are an eyesore and that are bringing the value of the area down, foreclosed or accumulating taxes. Promotional Exhibit Homes are vacant, foreclosed & abandoned properties developed into promo homes (showrooms) to host open house expos, job fairs & provide community resources.
This revolutionary style of interactive experience, product placement, live event marketing & digital advertising campaign is designed to enhance the clients brand awareness, brand culture, brand philanthropy and brand loyalty. We believe that when exhibiting our clients products and services in these promo homes (showrooms), it not only intensifies the customers shopping experience but it also enables us to further access the wants and needs of the customer.
Investalife LLC’s mission is to place Promotional Exhibit Homes in every City across the country to help build a beacon in all economically distressed communities providing assistance, shelter, funding, food, water, education, financial literacy, literacy, employment opportunities, insurances and credit repair all the while showcasing quality products/services available from within the local business community.
